Through applying 4Ts in the areas of energy conservation, management, operation and maintenance, ICC is very honored to be awarded with a prize in the "Energy Saving Championship Scheme 2017" jointly organized by the Environment Bureau and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. Based on the management concept of Intelligence, collaboration, and sustainability (I-Intelligence, C-Collaboration, C-Continuity), the team uses intelligent management systems to monitor and control the operation and power consumption of various facilities as well as to proactively work with tenants and community partners to promote environmental protection and energy conservation towards achieving sustainable development.
Looking into the future, the team in ICC is currently developing the Internet-of-things technology to collect big data analytics techniques through the use of a mobile digital platform to further achieve a higher energy efficiency and promote this technique to specialists in the field in society. Besides, over the years, the management team of ICC makes use of technology to optimize the building’s energy performance and has strived to make ICC the tallest intelligent green landmark in Hong Kong.
