1.	Who are the potential participants of the Energy Saving Charter?
	Suppliers, retailers and trade associations involved in the supply and sale of the targeted incandescent light bulbs in Hong Kong are potential participants for the Energy Saving Charter. The Charter also includes major lamp users.
2.	Will the participants comply with the Energy Saving Charter?
	The Energy Saving Charter demonstrates the effectiveness of public-private cooperation in promoting energy efficiency. We believe that the participants have considered carefully before joining the Charter and will comply it.
3.	What publicity events will be held by the Government to promote the Energy Saving Charter?
	Apart from the launching ceremony held on 5 June 2013, we will establish a dedicated website, prepare promotion video and publications, etc to promote the Energy Saving Charter and the benefits of using energy-efficient lamps.
