Since 2016, the Environment Bureau and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department has successive jointly organised the Energy Saving Championship Scheme under Energy Saving for All campaign. Adopting different themes each year, the Scheme served to encourage organisations and students with excellent performance in energy saving.
The Energy Saving Championship Scheme has successfully come into fruition. The award-winning organizations have set great examples in achieving energy saving targets. We have summarized the Exemplary Experience of Winning Teams into three main categories for sharing, including air-conditioning system, lighting system and Retro-commissioning (RCx). Through sharing the exemplary experience below, we would like to encourage all sectors to make concerted efforts in promoting a healthy, liveable and sustainable environment in Hong Kong, China.
