透過天文台的開放應用程式介面（Open API）研發程式，當氣溫到達某溫度後，就會自動開啟玻璃窗上的智能薄膜（Smart Film），阻止陽光進入室內，降低室溫。
避免浪費，家中使用電量一直維持在很低水平。
