The design is an inertial hybrid car, its appearance is no different from a general hybrid car, but only the ordinary wheels are replaced with the inertia wheels. Since the inertia wheel has a larger rotational inertia, when the hybrid vehicle has a slow brake, the moving inertial wheel can increase electric energy recovery in the battery and hence increase its endurance. While the engine is operating, the inertia wheel would rotate like a normal wheel. The inertia wheel could store or release energy to maintain stable mechanical operation. The inertia wheel would store energy when the throttle is pushed and converts the stored energy into kinetic energy when the throttle is released.
