Due to overwhelming response of the first briefing session held on 6 September 2017, we have arranged the second briefing session on Application for Energy Saving Championship Scheme 2017 on 16 Oct 2017 at the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters. This briefing session aims at introducing and explaining details of the Energy Saving Championship Scheme (ESCS) 2017 to interested organizations.
