The first briefing session on Application for Energy Saving Championship Scheme 2017 has been successfully held on 6 September 2017 at the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters. This briefing session aims at introducing and explaining details of the Energy Saving Championship Scheme (ESCS) 2017 to interested organizations.
